1. Where does Sorevahome ship?

Sorevahome currently ships within the United States only.

2. Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, including handling and transit time. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through Stripe and PayPal.

5. What is your return policy?

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, provided the product meets the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Do you offer free returns?

Yes. Free return shipping is available for eligible returns.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible products can instead be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy, and a new order can be placed separately.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sorevahome.shop. Include your order number and, when applicable, clear photographs of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once an eligible return has been approved and processed, the refund is generally issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
